Today, Hilton unveiled its 2023 Americas Development Awards, acknowledging the accomplishments of owners, development partners, and hotel teams throughout the Americas across various categories.
These yearly awards honor the perseverance and dedication of our owners and team members who embody the essence of hospitality by sharing warmth and light.

The Americas Development Awards celebrate the enthusiasm, inventiveness, and pioneering drive of Hilton developers and owners. For this year, the Hilton Development team has chosen 52 winners following specific criteria like the excellence of hotels developed and operational, dedication to project quality, influence on the local community, and embracing new brand concepts early on. The 2023 awards span various categories including Lifetime Achievement, New Developer, Conversion Developer, Multi-Brand Developer, Multi-Brand Deal, Developer of the Year in different categories, and Brand-specific Development Awards.
