The Queen Charlotte Sponge Cake will appear in scoop shops and online on January 15, 2026. It’s a tribute to the fashionable and discerning monarch, and flavor channels the elegance of a Victoria sponge with the lushness of Princess Cake. Bright berries, soft sponge, and custard notes come together in a confection worthy of Her Majesty herself. It’s tinted a lavender color at her behest.
Earl Grey tea fans will appreciate the Earl Grey Crème Brûlée ice cream flavor. This will debut on February Feb. 9 online and on February 12 in scoop shops. This treat transforms an afternoon tea ritual into something even more memorable. Fragrant Earl Grey is steeped into a silky custard base and finished with burnt-sugar candies that echo the crackle of a freshly torched crème brûlée.
