IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global hospitality leader, has entered into a new management agreement to launch a Holiday Inn hotel in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The partnership formalized with Atithi Gokul Hotel Inns Pvt Ltd, an affiliate of the AG Group, represents a significant advancement in IHG’s continued efforts to expand its footprint in India’s fast-developing urban markets. urban markets across India.

The upcoming 150-room property is slated to open in the third quarter of 2028 and will serve as a vital addition to IHG’s expanding portfolio in the region.

Strategically situated on the Sarkhej–Gandhinagar Highway, the hotel will be part of the Highline development, a premium mixed-use project that combines residential towers with vibrant commercial spaces. Its advantageous location will offer guests quick access to important government buildings, top academic institutions, major corporate offices, and bustling IT corridors—making it ideal for business travellers as well as tourists exploring the city.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the new Holiday Inn Ahmedabad will feature spacious guest rooms and suites, complemented by a range of modern amenities. Dining options will include three signature venues, such as an inviting all-day restaurant and a stylish lobby lounge. The hotel will also house a multipurpose ballroom for events and conferences, a fully equipped fitness centre, a swimming pool, and extensive parking facilities.

With this development, IHG continues to deliver on its brand promise of creating comfortable, welcoming experiences that make travel easier and more enjoyable for every kind of guest.
