Over the years, Sunil has built a commendable reputation by serving in senior leadership roles across renowned properties, consistently championing team empowerment, operational efficiency, and elevated guest satisfaction.
Before joining Conrad Bengaluru, Sunil held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton in Bangalore. In this role, he was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and brand repositioning efforts that significantly enhanced the hotel’s dining landscape. Since then, she has held influential roles at prestigious brands such as Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, W Goa, and Le Meridien Gurgaon.
At Le Meridien Gurgaon, Ashu managed both the sales center and national sales portfolios, consistently outperforming competitive benchmarks and driving business growth. Most recently, she served as Associate Director of Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru, where she led the group sales segment and was instrumental in implementing critical strategic initiatives that contributed to the hotel’s success.
