Beginning this summer, the airline will ramp up flight frequencies and increase passenger capacity across several high-demand routes, including popular destinations in Indonesia, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Beginning August 2, daily flights will operate between Singapore and both Taipei and Seoul, up from the current five services per week. Seoul-bound flights will continue to operate via Taipei, providing greater flexibility for passengers transiting through Taiwan.

In addition, Scoot had already increased passenger capacity on its Taipei and Tokyo routes from March 30. All twelve weekly flights connecting Singapore and Tokyo (via Taipei) are now operating with expanded seat availability, making travel to Japan more accessible during peak travel seasons.

Australia Services Receive Major Boost

Australian cities are also receiving a substantial uplift in connectivity. From August 4, Scoot will operate 14 weekly flights to Perth, effectively doubling its current frequency. Sydney, another critical route in the airline’s portfolio, will also benefit from this expansion starting October 5, when flight services will likewise rise to 14 per week.

Bali, one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic holiday destinations, has also received a capacity upgrade. All 21 weekly flights to Denpasar are now served by Scoot’s wide-body Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, enabling more travelers to experience the island’s tropical allure.

Vietnam: Phu Quoc Flights Increased

Scoot’s service to Vietnam’s increasingly popular island getaway, Phu Quoc, has been expanded since April 15. Weekly flights to the destination have been increased from five to six, supporting the island’s emergence as a regional travel hotspot.
