Pendry Hotels & Resorts has officially broken ground on its upcoming luxury hotel and residential project in Nashville, set to open its doors in 2027. This landmark development is a collaboration with real estate investment and development firms SomeraRoad and Trestle Studios. Located in the vibrant Paseo South Gulch district, the project will include 180 elegant guest rooms and suites alongside 146 upscale residences. The design will be spearheaded by Nashville’s renowned architectural firm ESa (Earl Swensson Associates Inc.) and New York-based interior design studio Post Company.
