With nearly two decades of experience in the casino and hospitality industry, John brings a wealth of expertise in player development, strategic marketing, and customer engagement.
In his new role, John will lead all casino marketing initiatives, driving growth and enhancing the guest experience. His appointment comes at a transformative time for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas as the property unveils its groundbreaking new casino and resort loyalty program, Cherry Rewards. John will spearhead the launch of Cherry Rewards this month, setting a new standard for loyalty programs in Las Vegas and redefining the way guests engage with the casino experience.

Before joining Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, John held multiple senior leadership roles at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, most recently serving as Vice President of Premium Mass Marketing and National Marketing. He successfully led Executive Hosts, Service Floor Hosts, Casino Marketing Representatives, and the Regional Marketing team, consistently exceeding revenue and profit targets.
John’s proven track record of attracting and retaining players in highly competitive markets, coupled with his strategic vision, makes him a key asset to the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas team. As the casino embarks on this exciting new chapter, his leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping its future success.
